ERASMUS Medical Spanish Program

"I worked in the military hospital and Health Center Number 9. I greatly enjoyed the experience and feel that I understand the medical system here. The doctors were very helpful and I learned a lot. I have improved my Spanish by a thousand times over and loved the home stay - I feel like a part of a family here and I want to return one day to practice medicine as a volunteer."

Since its inception several years ago, the Erasmus Medical Program has received many medical students from universities across the United States such as the University of Alabama, University of Massachusetts Medical School, University of California, University of Colorado, and the General Hospital Institute of Health Professions among others.
