Health Insurance

THE APU INTY SPANISH SCHOOL does not provide health insurance for students during their stay in Ecuador. However we recommend that students obtain adequate  health insurance in their countries prior to travel.

 

Payments

Payment is due on the first day of class. We do not ask for a deposit, course or accommodation fees prior to arrival. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, direct deposit to our bank account. Unfortunately, APU INTY does not accept payment by credit card at this time, due to the extremely high commission charges that would apply.

 

Private Classes

Once their program has begun, students may cancel an individual class without penalty, by notifying the APU INTY registration office during office hours, up to 12 hours before their class is to begin. Otherwise, they will be charged for the class at the regular rate. Students will have the opportunity to make up classes missed at their convenience.

Group Classes

Upon request and based on demand, group classes will be organized to meet expectations, times and dates. Students who register for group classes must commit to attending class five days a week. Classes missed during the week due to illness or travels are not subject to refund.

 

Liability

The student will not hold the APU INTY SPANISH SCHOOL, or its staff, owners, promoters, associates or partners, liable for any loss, illness or injury that the student may incur either at the school, during school excursions, or any other activity organized or recommended by teachers or staff employed by APU INTY.
